Influencer/Creator Strategy

Overview

As Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Lead at KICKS CREW, I owned and scaled the brand’s global creator and affiliate marketing engine with a dual focus on brand awareness and revenue growth. My mandate was to turn influencers into a predictable growth channel—balancing top-of-funnel reach with performance-driven partnerships.


Through strategic creator relationships, athlete partnerships, and a CPA-based affiliate model, I helped drive consistent visibility for the brand while building a measurable, revenue-generating creator ecosystem.

Approach

I built and executed a full-funnel influencer and affiliate strategy, scaling creator-led campaigns to 3M+ monthly impressions while maintaining $5–6 CPM efficiency across awareness initiatives. I led outreach, negotiations, contracts, onboarding, and creative approvals for a diverse mix of mega influencers, professional athletes, and performance-driven creators, ensuring all deliverables aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives.


In parallel, I launched and scaled a CPA-based affiliate program, onboarding high-performing creators and partners that generated $800K+ in GMV within 13 months, with 15–20% month-over-month growth. I expanded the affiliate portfolio beyond influencers to include content publishers, loyalty platforms, and coupon partners—negotiating performance-based terms that drove $40K in incremental revenue within three months. Ongoing performance analysis and optimization allowed me to continuously refine partner mix, creative formats, and payout structures to maximize both efficiency and scale.
