Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager for the DROPS by SoleSavy app, a platform that sends personalized alerts to the user whenever a limited sneaker launched or restocked on any Shopify-based ecommerce platform. I was put in a Growth and Product Marketing role. I was responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. In this role, I oversaw all aspects of digital marketing, including content creation and performance marketing via Facebook, Instagram and Google Search ads.
Approach
One of my key accomplishments in this role was developing a comprehensive content strategy that helped to establish DROPS as an industry-leading tool to receive instant alerts on the latest sneaker drops and restocks. I worked hand-in-hand with the product and brand team to highlight features and implement user updates and did all copywriting and messaging for any consumer-facing content.
Through the creation of organic content and optimizing email marketing automations/segmentations, I was able to increase user acquisition by 37%.
